We have had clubs in Dagenham for over 25 years and have moved to this new leisure centre when it opened in 2012 , the Centre has a lot of room and ample parking.

We are at the Centre every Friday & Sunday and run the following classes

 TIGERS class ( 3 to 6 years old )

 Friday    4.10pm to 4.50pm

 Friday    5.00pm to 5.40pm

Sunday 9.10am to 9.50am

 Sunday  10.10am to 10.50am

 

DRAGONS class  ( 7 to 13 years old )

 Friday  5.40pm to 6.40pm

 Sunday 11am to 12

 ADULTS class

 Sunday 10am to 12
