We have had clubs in Dagenham for over 25 years and have moved to this new leisure centre when it opened in 2012 , the Centre has a lot of room and ample parking.

We are at the Centre every Friday & Sunday and run the following classes

 TIGERS class ( 3 to 6 years old )

 Friday    4.00pm to 4.30pm

 Friday    4.40pm to 5.10pm

 Friday.   5.20pm to 5.50pm

 Sunday 9.00am to 9.30am

 Sunday  9.40am to 10.10am

 Sunday 10.20am to 10.50am

 

DRAGONS class  ( 7 to 13 years old )

 Friday  6.00pm to 6.50pm

 Sunday 11am to 11.50am

 ADULTS class

 Sunday 10.30am  to 11.50am

​ Friday 7.00pm to 7.50pm ( samurai class )
